A Sorry Goodbye (almost)

We are saddened to say that Dan has decided that his time with Blackley is coming to an end, his decision to leave is in order for him to focus on his expanding compsosing and publishing business and his time lecturing at Salford University.
Dan will continue to take the band until we find a replacement and to the North West areas in March.

Return to Rochdale Contest

The Rochdale contest returned this weekend and was exceptionally well supported by local bands. We competed in the 4th section playing Philip Sparke’s ‘Four Noble Truths’ and we came away with a 4th place, just missing out on the prizes.

Tickets are now on sale for our Annual Cream Tea on September 21st and also our Quiz Concert special on November 15th, tickets are priced at £5 per person or £25 if you wish to bring a team of 6 to the quiz. Use the Contact Us form to order them for collection at the door.

Presidents Guest Concert

Come and enjoy an afternoon of music and watch us perform our French Open programme on Sunday 25th May at Blackley Community Centre.
Doors open at 2pm, concert starts at 230pm. Buffet and bar available.
